The room is reasonably spacious and amazing. the bed is comfortable. - the city view from the window is magnificent. - the location is good and amazing, so close to the mountains of central Portugal. - A slope among the hills surrounding the venue adds to its charm.

We enjoyed the magnificent view fom our bedroom window, spacious room, and warm, good size swimming pool. The hotel provided a good value buffet dinner with reasonably priced drinks. A very enjoyable stay.

the room was spacious, and we had a lovely view of the city. the staff was super friendly and pleasant without being intrusive. location: the hotel was next to the piodao town square, a castle, and a museum. also, the property was not too far from aldeia historica do piodao.

Tranquil, picturesque location; heated indoor pool

The jacuzzi was in a small windowless room, takes 3 hours to heat and costs 2.50 euros for 20 minutes for 2 people.

Nicely designed, with pool and gymnasium etc (which we did not use). Evening meal set menu was good value if unimaginative. Setting was beautiful, and slightly remote, which is what we like and look for.

Stay was perfect, but better signage to hotel would be appreciated by most people, I suspect.

The location was beautiful and lovely, with Aldeia Historica do Piodao just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was not far from a slope among the hills and mountains. - We got a room with a tub. - the breakfast was large. - the restaurant was kept stocked.

I keep coming back because the staff helped me with local info at my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with everything I need: free Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, bar/restaurant, game room. I'm excited to come back for New Year!

I had an absolutely mind-blowing stay at this fantastic hotel high above a beautiful Schist village. The views were jaw-dropping, and the large, comfortable, air-conditioned room had everything I needed, from a fridge to a spacious bathroom. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I even got to check in early! The buffet dinner and breakfast were both super, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel itself was pretty and cozy, with lots of lounges and a large bar area. The pool and gym were great for relaxation and exercise. The free on-site parking was convenient, and the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a bonus. I had a truly amazing experience at this hotel.
